Company History
InsurMark is based in Houston, Texas, and was founded in 1983. Since then, the company has grown into one of the most respected insurance marketing organizations with independent advisors in all 50 states. InsurMark specializes in the distribution of financial products, focusing on fixed indexed annuities and life insurance products.
Our rock solid corporate focus on the core principles of Integrity, Innovation, Service, and Leadership has resulted in great success in the marketplace, as well as tremendous respect throughout the industry. The company follows the enthusiasm and leadership of Founder and CEO Steve Kerns.
Steve has led producers to place nearly $5 billion in fixed and fixed indexed annuity premium in the past 10 years. Long recognized nationwide as a strategic and passionate leader in the industry, InsurMark was one of the founding organizations in 1987 of LifeUSA (known today as Allianz), as well as an original member in the most exclusive and innovative distribution entity in America – the Annexus Group.
